I have a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Neuropsychology. I have worked in geropsychology, veteran populations, and with adolescents and adults.

The brain is a complex chemical computer. If we can understand what is triggering chemical reactions in the brain and how to use those neurotransmitters to our advantage, then we can start to effect change in how we think and respond.
